Hi, I’m Emily Wilkerson!

In first grade, I wrote a paper on "what my future looks like," and that's when the dream of owning a bakery was born. It rattled around in my heart all the years since. Fast forward through grade school, college, marriage, and two babies, Emily’s Flour Shop was born in 2019.

I attended a baking program in Spokane, Washington, where I grew in my skill and passion. Baking, for me, is all about the challenge and the sweet rewards it brings. Seeing the joy on people's faces as they bite into an Emily’s Flour Shop creation is what truly fuels my passion.

I’m a believer in Jesus, a wife to the most supportive husband, a mom to two girls, (and a dog mom!), and of course, a baker. When I’m not in a flour-covered apron, you’ll find me spending time in the sunshine, getting together with my girlfriends, or sippin’ on a jalapeño cocktail.
